Orchid Framer template hero
A minimalist landing page hero for a creative agency Framer template, featuring an elegant card grid and soft, high-end photography.

About
This is the hero section from Orchid — my Framer template designed for creative agencies, studios, and portfolios, available on the Framer Marketplace.
An elegant card grid as the centrepiece, paired with soft, carefully chosen photography. The whole thing is built to feel considered rather than constructed — the kind of site that signals taste before the visitor has read a single word.
What I Find Inspiring About This
"High-end" is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot in design briefs. It's harder to define than people think.
For Orchid I kept coming back to one principle: restraint in every decision. Not just fewer elements, but softer everything — softer colours, softer shadows, softer transitions between sections. The card grid works because there's air around each card. The photography works because it was chosen for mood, not information.
There's also something about scale relationships. High-end layouts tend to use type at sizes that feel slightly too generous — headlines with more room than they strictly need, body text that doesn't feel compressed. It creates a sense of unhurriedness that cheaper layouts never achieve, even when they're visually similar at a glance.
The brief was always: a creative agency that doesn't need to shout. Orchid is for studios whose work speaks quietly and confidently. The hero had to do the same.
